(i) अर्जदाराकडे मेडिकल कौन्सिल ऑफ इंडियाने अ‍ॅलोपॅथिक पद्धतीत मान्यताप्राप्त कोणत्याही विद्यापीठाची एमबीबीएस पदवी धारण केलेली असावी. (ii) जनरल मेडिसिनमध्ये पदव्युत्तर पदवी असलेले अर्जदारही या पदासाठी अर्ज करू शकतात. (iii) अर्जदाराला वैद्यकीय व्यवसायी म्हणून कोणत्याही हॉस्पिटल किंवा क्लिनिकमध्ये अ‍ॅलोपॅथिक पद्धतीचा सराव करण्याचा पात्रता नंतरचा किमान 02 (दोन) वर्षांचा अनुभव असावा. (ii) Applicants having post graduate degree in General Medicine can also apply for this post. Medical Consultant	During the period of contract, a remuneration of Rs.1,000/- per hour will be paid. Out of the monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month will be treated as conveyance expenses and Rs.1,000/- per month will be paid as the reimbursement of mobile charges. No other facilities/perks will be payable to the BMC engaged on contract basis.

The Bank reserves the right to allocate any of the above dispensary, at its discretion. Mere applying for the captioned post does not entitle a candidate to be considered for a particular dispensary. The candidate selected for the post may be attached to any one or more of the above dispensaries as per the requirement of the Bank. The decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final and the Bank will not entertain any correspondence in this regard.

RBI reserves the right to review the rate of remuneration from time to time, change the duty hours as well as the dispensary attached to a MC at its discretion, in case it becomes expedient for administrative and operational requirements. Due to change of the dispensary, the number of working hours of the MC may change accordingly.

Number of hours of engagement of a MC can be increased up to 30 hours per week as per the requirement of the Bank. However, the total hours of engagement of a BMC in all dispensaries put together shall not exceed 30 hours per week.

Contract for engagement will be for a period of three years. There will not be any renewal of engagement on completion of the contract period.
