• यापूर्वी करण्यात आलेल्या सेवा कालावधीचा तपशील तसेच विभागीय चौकशी, फौजदारी गुन्हा याबाबतची माहिती सदरच्या मुलाखतीवेळी सादर करणे बंधनकारक राहील.
• सदरच्या मुलाखतीवेळी सादर करण्यात आलेल्या कागदपत्रांसोबत स्व-घोषणापत्र भरून देणे बंधनकारक राहील.
